The opinion the court gave was based on the sponsors of the bill “surgically targeting” black voter habits.

My question is In presenting this opinion, the court is implying that the sponsors only requested** this information about black voters. Wouldn’t this information in fact be part of the process of gathering that same data about all demographics. Or at least all opposition demographics?

Does anyone have info on the scope of data requested by the sponsors?

These are great questions, and I may be able to help you. Can you give a link to the court opinion and other documentation you have concerning this?

The cabal is pushing hard in NC - very hard.

Are you familiar with Voter Integrity Project (not Braynard's) in NC? https://voterintegrityproject.com/about/
