It doesn't take much comon sense to see this is a weapon that know one can fight. Whoever is behind it is holding the world hostage, no one has any real defense against Bio weapons only the people behind it, they were used as a deterrent like Nukes, This crosses the line and is set to kill many more people before any attempt to stop it, every Bio lab distroyed.
