The premise is plausible. Creepy shadowy organisation and arkanciding anyone in danger of revealing too much while they socially engineer the masses. You could say the plans being leaked via a comic book is the fantastical part but you could also point to V for Vendetta for some strange parallels to the beer bug response releasing the UK's latent fascism. I expect were gonna have to turn out in V masks on Nov 5th during another lockdown to watch some fireworks
