My gut tells me these ugly, highly powered 5G cell towers are not for improving the transmission of data alone. This paper seems to suggest that the "vaccine" and the 5G towers are connected.
For a country that supposedly cares about the environment, people and the consumption of energy the actions sure speak to the opposite. Caveat Emptor comes to mind.
