Police unions and fraternities shouldn't be supported. While anarchy isn't the answer, the real answer is dismantling the broken gangs of police and returning power to the sheriff. Way too many police work with criminals or bend knee to the demands of puppet masters hanging over their heads. Overpolicing is a huge issue and pretending you're not to virtue signal your obedience like some cattle is a demeaning thing to do.
