The United States, along with Germany, were never signatory to the Nuremberg Code. I have wondered why this was so. Is it a coincidence that the Tuskegee Experiment was in full operation during this time and continued all the way into 1970s? Did it ever end or has it taken on a new and bigger form? How many people actually know the United States congress has passed legislated into federal law that the government has the right to surreptitiously conduct experiments on the American people without their consent?
