I doubt anything will ever be 'free'. It must take a lot of some kind of power to run those 'enormous voltage impulse generators', no? People aren't going to man, maintain, or service it for free, either.
It certainly is an imposing tower and looks well suited for purposes nefarious.
Amen Patriot, I am hearing free energy, but like you, I ask that same question, Will believe it when I do not see Bill. Reportedly people could have a smaller unit at their homes and run this.
I also wonder how safe it really is ?
