While I couldn't give a damn what the WHO says, I do want to point out that no child with loving parents should be in a public school. Homeschool or get together with like-minded families and create some sort of one-room schoolhouse for your (and their) kids.

Living near relatives is great for this. It's easier to trust a brother than find a group that knows about Weimar and the USS Liberty.
