I would recommend that anyone with children in public schools, send via registered mail, your school Principal, Superintendent and school nurse letters saying you explicitly DO NOT consent to any vaccines given to your children.

I would also email them the same statement so there is a strong paper trail stating you do not consent.

Quite Right. It is authorized as an experimental drug under the EAU. Once the EAU is lifted, the mRNA gene therapy no longer is protected against lawsuits. The current law applies to vaccine immunity against lawsuits. As you correctly stated, this is not a vaccine.

The entire 'opt-out' scenario is malice. I'm not exaggerating the use of this word either. There is an evil intent behind the ever expanding official use of 'opt-out'. It should always be by the sole decision and written approval of the parents. Period. How many people are aware by sending your children to public schools, you have contracted with the government for having legal guardianship of your children? It's all there in the contract you signed for sending your children to public school. From the moment that child boards the school bus until the school bus returns is when the government has complete authority over your child. This includes getting to decide on the long-used scam of the 'best interest of the child'. The statement in the article is from the World Health Organization. One wonders what authority they have in making a statement like this in the first place. In truth, they really don't have any authority at all, but they can read contract law as well as anyone else does. And don't forget that a dementia Joe allows the WHO to be emboldened. It's obvious to me, the W.H.O. has talked to government officials and have been briefed on school child guardianship and it was concluded they can get injections on more unwitting people if they claim an 'opt-out' scenario. Preying on the young and defenseless is as old as it is abominable. It gives new meaning to the story of Hansel and Gretel, doesn't it?
