I just canceled a $430 order from a vendor as the products being shipped (NJ to CA) via fedex shipped 9 days ago, and have been sitting in Chicago for the last 7 days, not moving. I asked the company to recall the shopping and resend with an alternate vendor. They wouldn’t, so back it goes to them and back the money way goes to me. I try to buy local as much as possible, but have been stocking up in some essentials lately and using different sources.

Patriot, sorry you are going through this, and I understand that they designed it that people may have to use them to get items they need. Some Companies do not advise you who they use to ship the items.
