Trying to say FBI Building boarded up is because they are building a new building. Where are they in the meantime? Motel 6? Planes grounded? Maybe everything is finally coming down.

Exactly Patriot, First they are trying to get the funding for it, and last I heard they still have not picked which of the three locations to build it at.
