Am under the impression the law enforcement authority involved in this particular situation supersedes the DOJ.
So, there may be little the DOJ may be able to do with regard to revealing information involving non-civilian entities acting in a law enforcement capacity.

Inquiries concerning viewing this information by individuals having claim to legal authority to so do, should probably be conducted via Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
