We know about the NIH funding the creation of SARS version 2, the USAID involvement is new to many. An then there are so many "programs" that hide the flow of money.

Thanks. So they optimized the spike protein of SARS so it could bind better to ACE2, and they used money from Germany and the European Union to do this.
