The "Funding: ..." section of these papers is often the most interesting, US institutions pop up and often temporary "projects" and "programs" worth to dig into. Sadly, in this case not only the article is hidden, but the funding section too.

We know about the NIH funding the creation of SARS version 2, the USAID involvement is new to many. An then there are so many "programs" that hide the flow of money.
