High Lumber prices are the highest they have ever been; however, the landowners, loggers, truck drivers, and workers are not making all of the money. The cost of lumber has added over $36,000 addition cost to a medium home build. A sheet of plywood here, and a sheet of OSB there, and it adds up. It may knock us out of the building market.
