You're most obvious problem seems to be that you can't differentiate between good sources and bad, and just lump them all together. You seem to be expecting some magic pill dealer to come along that will have just the right stuff to open all eyes to the truth. You even add to your own problem by denigrating some good sources for news and information and including them with some of the worst. That just cuts you off from learning worthwhile information, even if it doesn't suit you to hear it or may not be what you're looking for.
Judging by your OP, you seem to react too quickly to things and set your beliefs too early, such as when you say you saw hell breaking loose in China in late 2019 and heard talk about the need to prep, and you were rightfully called down for it so early on because you immediately took certain sources as valid instead of taking the time to wait and watch how things unfolded and to research and listen to the views of others (some of whom you've labelled as fuckwits without any explanation) and pick the more intelligent ones to continue to listen to or get leads from and think about what they say before you make your own intelligent choices. It's no wonder you don't know how to proceed.
There is no one source that has all the facts or answers, and every person has their own point of view and agenda to follow. Some agendas are to just help others understand what's going on while they learn themselves. Some are to intentionally deceive. You need to start by selecting those who offer the more intelligent and informative information based on the more reliable sources, and who also seem to have the more conscionable agendas, and use them to guide you further. For example, recognize that people like Simon Parkes, Charlie Ward, and Scott McKay only offer their own views with no legitimate background material to support them other than each other, and continually use questionable 'inside sources'. Their agenda is suspicious. Amazing Polly on the other hand provides great supporting background material for her research but may not focus on what you need for red-pilling. Her agenda is sincere in that she wants people to be educated on certain issues. Dave at X22 Report is dedicated to the 'Trump plan' outlook, and gives a great overview of daily current events based on that outlook using current news items that come up, and his agenda seems to be sincere in getting the news out but many people reject the whole 'Trump plan' idea so using that to red-pill someone isn't always the best idea.
What's left? The best way to red-pill is to learn the facts first by going to the original sources of information yourself and study them to gauge their accuracy or usefulness before making up your mind about what to believe and what to use to red-pill. It seems like you really don't know what to believe, or you have your own preconceived idea of what to believe, but you can't express those beliefs in any convincing way and so you get called a conspiracy theorist for it. You need to build a solid viewpoint with facts to back it up and collect the material you need to use to red-pill. A real conspiracy theorist by this point in time should feel proud to be called that because real conspiracy theorists are the thinkers who know how to do the research to find out the facts about the events that are going on. If being called a conspiracy theorist bothers you, you haven't earned the pride that comes with having done the work.
Introducing facts to someone that believes the opposite requires patience and an understanding of their mindset. Your ex-wife has been indoctrinated by some of the better mind-molders during her learning years, and will base everything she knows and believes on how they've conditioned her to think. She's probably too busy with her work to do much research into the virus/vaccines and probably depends on the views of her peers to decide what to believe. Herd mentality is human nature, and not just dumb people fall into it. In her case you'll probably need to present facts that speak her language, such as CDC reports and clips from hearings where Fauci is being put on the spot over his earlier claims. Fauci's own emails provide further factual evidence of fraud and conspiracy. Clips of Bill Gates talking about depopulation put side by side with clips of him glorifying vaccines might jar her attention and make her think. Clips of Klaus Schwab talking about the 4th Industrial Revolution (or his book by the same name) might help you as well. Also give her copies of Agenda 21, Agenda 2030, and information on the WEF's Great Reset to look at. Show her information about Event 201 and Cyber Polygon as well. But take your time introducing her to all of this a bit at a time and make sure you know the material yourself and can provide original sources for whatever facts you introduce. Don't talk about Q or Trump if that turns her off. Put yourself in her shoes and try to meet her level of thinking. And don't expect to change her mind overnight. She'll likely waver a lot before she begins to accept the truth. You have to be patient but persistent.

My friend you make some amazing points and ones I will most certainly self reflect upon. Regarding “ all hell breaking loose in China” I remember starting to see and hear rumblings of people dropping like flies in China via alternative media sources weeks and weeks ahead of mainstream media. I remember telling my ex along with friends and family that if they shut down Shenzhen port (China’s largest) that means it is very serious and start stocking up!
Perhaps the fuckwit comment was a bit harsh and unnecessary, I admit. I am very distrustful of the whole Q movement now and anyone that so blindly pushes it. For example https://realrawnews.com/. I see all of these articles talking about details from supposed tribunals and their outcomes picked up my many of the mentioned youtube/bitchute folks and pushed as facts. I have seen NO proof of ANY real storm promised bu the whole movement.
The people dropping like dead flies in the street was a huge tell this was fake. Even Chinese citizens were calling it fske.
My friend you make some amazing points
Thank you very much. :-)
I remember starting to see and hear rumblings of people dropping like flies in China via alternative media sources weeks and weeks ahead of mainstream media.
There was a lot of propaganda coming out of China, so it's hard to say what was really going on there since I don't think this virus is anywhere near as deadly as the MSM and others make it out to be. There is the 5G factor, which may have been the real cause of any sudden and massive deaths, but we don't really know at this point. I have my theories about that but it's not possible for me to explain them without introducing the possibility that Trump was in control of the outbreak the whole time and tricked the CCP and DS into moving forward with their plans before they realized that the virus wasn't as deadly as they expected it to be.
I am very distrustful of the whole Q movement now and anyone that so blindly pushes it.
I've followed Q and Trump very closely and see things there that lead me to believe Q is authentic, but the Q movement itself is filled with many people who present ideas that are not well thought out or intentionally misleading. 'Blindly' is a good word to describe many Q followers. They hear something that appeals to them and repeat it to others, creating a lot of confusion and nonsense. Realrawnews.com and many podcasters are taking advantage of this and drawing the less intelligent ones to themselves for whatever reason -- either just seeking attention to make a buck, or using purposeful discrediting tactics to disrupt the ability to understand what's really going on in order to make Trump lose support by making many of them look crazy.
I have seen NO proof of ANY real storm promised bu the whole movement.
This idea has been over-emphasized by many people who expect everything that Q said to meet their expectations. Remember though, it's not the movement that makes the decisions or knows Trump's plans. People can only guess. I have my own ideas of what's going on and whether there will be any Storm, but I keep most of that to myself and don't make public predictions or set goal-posts because that just leads to looking like a fool when things don't pan out as expected. The future will prove one way or another whether there will ever be a Storm.
Noice. ThanQ.
I will look into what you put forth myself. It is one thing to get sources.
The key is to get GOOD sources.
What I linked you to outline the plans the Deep State has for all of us, and they're using the pandemic as their excuse to initiate them. Most of the links are to the original documents they published that outline those plans. They may not be the best thing to use to red-pill someone until after they understand the truth about the virus and vaccines, so I've dug up better sources that you might want to start out with. These doctors are some of the best sources you're going to find telling the truth about the virus/vaccines:
Frontline Doctors

Dr. Ryan Cole

Dr. Judy Mikovitz

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai
I am grateful for your input, anon.
Something to grow corn with. You are correct, and i need remember to tailor the data given to the audience. A level they can digest.
Here is a thing that i have discovered: when you approach folks with how these things affect them PERSONALLY in their own life, that at times will get their focus.
When it becomes more of a political argument (which i do not participate in) or things that are beyond their local sphere, that does not have near the effect. When things are addressed such as how it will affect THEIR family and THEIR offspring, that has been an attention getter.
Your time and effort in all of this is sincerely appreciated.
Godspeed.
I told my boss covid was a scam from the very first day of the shutdown to "flatten the curve". Was I wrong? When California mandated vaccines for school kids I knew they would at a later date try forcing adults to get vaccinated. Was I wrong? I've seen this pattern of creeping tyranny my entire life. It plays out the same way over and over. I'm not wrong.
Was I wrong?
Not at all!
I believe they will morph the vaccine passport into an implantable device and then add features to prevent you from working, doing business or traveling if you step out of line. They are already calling it a passport. The added features will be sold as antiterrorism. The sheeple will welcome this, thinking it makes them special, privileged. It's a brave new world.
