4 clicks on the plunger for a 200lb person I believe- if you are sick. One click per week as a preventive.

What's a "click on the plunger"????? Normally, dosage is in mg.

They are probably talking about the apple flavored ivermectin that comes in a plunger marked for horse dosages.

Was looking at the Durvet Ivermectin 1.87% tube. Would that be the correct one?

The idea is the dosage amount is determined by weight. Ivermectin has proven to be a very safe drug so deviation in dosage amount would have to be extreme before there is a concern. I may be taking on the light side but I'm on one measured dose by weight once a month as a prophylactic dose after taking two initial doses three days apart. Some take the prophylactic dose every two weeks. I have absolutely no adverse effect whatsoever.
