What's a "click on the plunger"????? Normally, dosage is in mg.

They are probably talking about the apple flavored ivermectin that comes in a plunger marked for horse dosages.

Sorry, no. On another discussion, they said that the active medicine could be in the back of the plunger and were discussing mixing it.
