The Chinese military was operating a gain of function bioweapons program studying coronavirus at the WIV, and the NIH was intentionally giving money to WIV. That’s KNOWINGLY supporting their bioweapons program. At the very least it was reckless and wanton conduct. Ignorance of the law has never been a defense.
The Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 states:
"Whoever knowingly develops, produces, stockpiles, transfers, acquires, retains, or possesses any biological agent, toxin, or delivery system for use as a weapon, or knowingly assists a foreign state or any organization to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for life or any term of years, or both.”
little johnny or suzie forgets that her plates are gonna expire and property taxes are due. you know, because he or she is busting ass at work, paying those taxes. next thing you know, his or her vehicle is being towed to the impound lot, there are fines and fees and no one gives a shit about you. but these pieces of shit, use your money to fund the creation of deadly viruses and god know what else and are still breathing?

Outstanding Post Patriot, that should be a thread here. Now they are claiming they funded this but had no control over it ? Really ? Who funds anything they have no control over ? I agree we definitely need to see something done.
