The vaccine is necessary as a reverse filter.

From the 60s on, many children were created from alcohol fueled visits to bars, casinos, etc and were kept alive via welfare, "good ole boy" networks, minority "set-asides" and govy jobs. Natural selection reversed itself, only the weak survive. It's not what you know, it's who you know, and the assholes all know each other.

With the "warp speed" vaccine, we can simply remove the detritus.

It's the purest form of an IQ test.
