The buck stops with Trump. He saw what was going on and he could have easily thwarted anything either of these assholes did to stop him. He could have done this by design, no doubt. It could be part of "the plan". But if it's not, it's on him, not these known deep staters. Wray should have been fired for dozens of reasons, this being just one of those. Barr was more of a mole and at least tried to play the part.
