New Texas bill says if the number of illegal votes is equal to or greater than the margin of victory, a judge can void the election.
Amazing that people have problem with this. Sounds like common sense 2+2=4 logic.
Another provision attempts to enforce cleaning up voter rolls, stating that no county has a number of registered voters equal to or greater than the number of eligible voters. Again, what’s the problem?

Reading their complaint about the first provision another way; if the number of illegal votes is equal to or greater than the margin of victory, there is nothing that can or should be done and the election must be certified.
