Isn't asking for personal medical information a violation of HIPAA?

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a federal law that required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient's consent or knowledge.

edit: OK, so I looked it up and no it is not. That basically only applies to medical personnel and associated businesses.

Well, it might be best. You only get to sit with the view point you agree with. No risk of vaccine side effect transmission for the non, surrounded my moral superiority smugness on the other.
