Isn't asking for personal medical information a violation of HIPAA?

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a federal law that required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient's consent or knowledge.

edit: OK, so I looked it up and no it is not. That basically only applies to medical personnel and associated businesses.

Agree. He thinks business will be better but he’s sadly mistaken. Unfortunately we have many foreigners who own restaurants and foreigners are obedient to government. Business owners must realize they are the key to getting us back to normal without any type of discrimination.
