(((They))) are DESPERATE to eliminate America's energy independence. That is the bigger picture that needs to be considered here. An America that is not beholden to foreign powers for it's needs, is a strong America. High gas prices benefit the enemies of the USA (The middle east and Russia especially). It's a competitive advantage the US economy has over other countries, and the Keystone pipeline must be re-started immediately. Thanks.
