There are a lot of kids in CPS care over this problem.
A kid my son goes to school with lost his parents to drugs. Then the foster parents OD'd. Grandparents got him out of Seattle. Sad what the kids got to struggle with after some really bad decisions.
I guess it takes care of two problems. Getting rid of druggy whites and fulfilling the pizza orders of Evil Inc.
