They don't know what it means, and they don't care -- if it will get someone to notice them, they will use it. If their agent tells them to make a certain sign with their hand, because it's "edgy" they will make it, as long as it isn't a sign condemned by the liberal fascists. They won't do the Nazi salute, for example (most of them) but they will make almost any other sign or symbol without the slightest knowledge or concern about its meaning.

Watching them give us updates on which celebrities they think I’ve been cloned or assassinated is hilarious. They are celebrities. Who cares? Why do you care? It’s embarrassing. And then when none of them get assassinated they have to make up a new one so they lie and say that they actually were assassinated but replaced with clones.
That’s right, fully functional adult clones, formed with memories and speech patterns and language. When that was proven to be utterly ridiculous now they say they are actors replaced by other actors after getting face surgery. They can never just admit they were wrong.
