They are using case precident from Monsanto, I mean Monsatan. With GMO , Monsanto patented their modifed seeds. When they plant corn for instance next to your field and you corn gets cross polinated with GMO Monsanto seed and becomes modifed, they have rights to your crop and can sieze your land by design.
