There is no law that has to be followed by those in power when your justice system and entire government is corrupt from top to bottom.

Laws don't matter unless the public is willing to put a gun in your face apparently.

The Feds certainly don't follow the laws. Law breaking has been completely normalized in the USA, as you can tell by the Federal agencies' enforcement of many blatant Constitution violating laws and refusal, absolute refusal, to enforce legitimate laws like FARA.
