7.4 and 6.0 earthquake in China, hmmm?

According to the USGS (earthquake.usgs.gov) they were 7.3 and 6.1, lots of strong aftershocks, too.

Also a 6.5 northeast of New Zealand. Why is an earthquake-prone place on a fault line the place of choice for the rumored bunkers of the elite? Doesn't seem like the greatest choice to me, but what do I know! 🤷‍♂️
