Amen Brother, stand your ground and show them the laws, and then ask them to sign. One can tell them there are laws they will not listen, then show them the laws. What they decide after that is all on them.

It's what i have learned even much more lately. Approach people on how all of this will PERSONALLY affect them.
That is almost worthy of a post. People need the info, how it will hit them and personally how it affects them and their lives.

Amen Brother, first read them the law, then have them sign they are willing to violate the law, nothing like having it all annotated and ready for Class Action Lawsuits. This is the Legal and correct way to fight back, maintain your composer while they lose theirs. Why get mad, the laws are on your side. Of course they are only following what Corporate handed down to the employees. And while the old saying is, crap rolls down hill, I am happy to remind them the smell rises.
This is how we will turn this around.
