Just goes to show that the best equipment is equipment without computer chips.

John Deere is particularly egregious in this regard.

Another interesting story from Mike Adams over at Naturalnews. I got scorched for a post called the coming trucking and logistics meltdown. I own a trucking company and cant find ANY new trucks or trailers available because of lack of microchips at the production stage. Two(2) of the six (6) trucks in my fleet are sitting waiting for $50 EGR sensors that unless functioning, render the truck useless! Each truck, trailer and Insurance cost me over $7,000 a month x's 2!!! These trucks have very complicated exhaust treatment systems that if one sensor is faulty, it derates the entire engine and will shut the truck off! Buckle up folks....
