I know the legal system and a contract signed has within it 'certain' parameters that legally gives it the power to surrender certain Constitutional Rights. Yes, it's all legal and constitutional. The contract for enlisting in the military is one good example. There's many other examples as well, but for the sake of this missive, I'll say contracts are very powerful. The Terms and Conditions are purposely made ambiguous for the sake of lawyers (shysters) arguing them in court. Albeit, you could be right about the stores that charge a "club fee" are committing fraud, but it depends on what one signs to agree for the membership. What do the Terms and Conditions say in the Membership Agreement? The same applies to banking credit cards and Store credit cards.
