IMO, I think the Synagogue of Satan mentioned in the bible is the Vatican.

IMO the Synagogue of Satan is whoever claims the mantle of the Luciferian system of Babel, Babylon, the Talmud, and all of its variations. The Vatican certainly fits the bill. So do the masons and kabbalists. They're all the same pharisaical thing at the root.

Wow, you get it. I agree with you completely. Hard to pin down the ultimate seat of power. I go back to when Satan told Jesus he'd give him all the kingdoms of the earth if Jesus would just bow down to him. When Jesus rebuked Satan who did Satan give that power to?
