The Jew Boys of Israel have a list of Palestinian civilian targets pre-determined. When they want to make a point about how tough their military is, they pick one and blow it up. How do they choose what gets on this list? How much of it is political? How much of it is double-dealing and failure to make payoffs? There's no way to know. But some bright boy in Israel gets to decide whose home or livelihood gets blown to hell and whose does not.
