Jews are edomites and canaanite. They are the pharisees. They are not the biblical Israelites. Jesus also calls them out for falsely claiming to be the Israelites. "Jew" isn't even biblical.

So much disinformation. The Jews didn't kill Jesus. Jesus and his disciples were Jews. We need to be more accurate lest we become like the evil we hate. Jesus was talking to the religious leaders at the time who were high and mighty but were doing the work of Satan not God:

No. You should research what I provided. The information you're providing is as provided by the children of satan. It's not accurate.

The biggest lie isn't that satan doesn't exist. It's that his children are the chosen people.

Jesus never claims to be Jewish. Thats a false accusation by the pharisees (jews) which jesus himself deflects. Jesus was in fact murdered by Jews.

The entire point of the genealogy in Matthew 1:1-17 is that He is of the tribe of Judah. Jew.

In fact, every scholar I've heard speak on the gospel of Matthew puts its central purpose as demonstrating that Jesus is the Jewish messiah, that is, the Christ.

Those "scholars" have a position told to them by rabbis, which jesus himself calls out as not Israelites. As the pharisees disappear, their oral traditions (spoken of in the bible) is recorded. Enter the talmudic jew.

There is a difference between a jew and a believing jew, so I agree with your statement.
Also, God divorced the Israelites when they worshipped the golden calf. In order to be remarried, or form a new covenant, the spouse must die or cheat. The Israelites not only killed Jesus but they also worshipped an idol, which is like fornication. So, in order for Christ to form a new covenant with a different people, he was crucified. He fulfilled the Law and gave Christians the ability to be citizens of heaven by believing in him. Plus, the only laws for the Christians were different than the ones for the Jews. Interesting really and also important.

As for the passage in John 8, maybe we should look at it in context. It appears (from v.31) that the audience is Jews who had believed [in] Jesus. If this is how he speaks to them, what makes you think you have a place in heaven?

The word used for "jew" is בֶּן בְּרִית . Guess what that word translates to? Ally.
