I believe it was for finished gasoline, that's why there's a big shortage of gas in FL right now. Well, actually there's not, but people are panicking and thinking there is.

It went down nearly two weeks ago thru Texas. Refinery in Big Springs Tx was trucking 89/91 octane to the east coast and still are. Diesel pipelines still running Statewide. Fuel jumped $.35 Tuesday night
In Florida people panicked and drained all the gas stations yesterday. At least where I am.
