Spot on.

Trump fast-tracked the vaccines to throw the DS's timing off so they weren't able to develop them to the point they wanted to. They were going to play this out over a longer period of time with a far more toxic virus/vaccine combination and harsher lockdowns causing total collapse of society but he stopped all that.
