You wouldn't need a special vaccine to do what's claimed, based on past claims about scalar weapons.

But it's all just theoretical science.

Even if that's possible, mRNA drugs are already an untraceable way to kill. Not sure why they'd bother with that.

Dr. Deagle does not lie, or make up stories. This tech goes back to 1973, Nick Begich, Angels Don't Play That H.A.R.Pl is further reading. Demonstrations of the tech on with Jessie Ventura in the 1990's etc.

I would like to hear more to make up my mind. There is something I called dial an effect. Certain frequencies can make you feel ill and as you go to other ones you can get nastier and nastier effects until you get to the ability to kill people. No need for anything to be in their bodies. That is the part that doesn't quite make sense to me yet.
