My thoughts keep going back to something Trump said at a campaign appearance near the end of the election season. Paraphrasing, Trump said something in response to the crowd chanting "4 more years", "....maybe 8 more years....".
The first act of Trump's first 4 years was to "visit" CIA headquarters. This has never been explained or detailed.
For 4 years Trump and his team had full access to NSA data collection as hinted at by Q.
