Turn off the Simon Parkes, the Scott McGays, the Charlie Wards, the Juan O Savins and the Mike Adams. Turn on the GhostEzra, General Flynn and Lin Wood. If they didn't tell you to worry about it, I wouldn't worry about it too much beyond basic prophylactic measures. I started taking Zinc + Quercetin and I can already see a difference with an existing condition that nothing else helped. Zinc soap or shampoo is great for dealing with skin/scalp conditions, it completely reversed my hair loss. One thing you will notice is that you can use or leave out a bar of zinc soap forever and it will never discolor or grow mold. If you can get it into the cells, it's game over for any virus.
