Were we at or near 100% participation??? We were in fact over 100% participation is some key states.

I work my local poll. We were ecstatic in 2016 when 55% of the registered voters actually voted. Most presidential elections historically garnered around 30-35%. Midterms were an abysmal 15-20%. No way in hell there was 100% in any precinct anywhere.
