In some ways, I really do not know what to think, while surveying the overall damage from the 2020 election. With 20/20 hindsight - things should have been handled much better, especially in November. The democrats were much better organized for the election. The Jan 6 protests were essentially a trap. The only positive aspect out of all of this, is the population as a whole is getting a well deserved dose of democrat reality - a wake up call. The republicans have been run by the RINOs for way too long (state legislatures and county/city governments). They (the RINOs) were very successful in staffing the Trump administration to the country's detriment, with many excellent opportunities not realized and lost. That said, the victories and successes still have been pretty large.

The elections have been "captured" for way too long now, and with this election fiasco currently being uncovered is an eye opening exercise for a very large segment of the country. Way too much of the election "results" will be determined in the courts - and the democrats have front run all of this to setup their own narrative for the outcome (with wall to wall TV/social media/main stream media coverage). Trump did create an election commission to try to fix the overall problems, but this was effectively stymied by the democrats across the board. Looking back on this effort now, I see that a stolen election was probably the only way the overall problem can be recognized, displayed to the country at large, with the potential of the problems being fixed with long term solutions actually implemented.

I'm glad to see the wraps coming off of exposing how the election was run, however I do not see a well organized, efficient support effort by the republicans - it's just a county by county, state by state, hodgepodge bailing wire and ducktape grassroots effort, where some will be successful (Maricopa County, Arizona) while others will be blunted and possibly lost (Windham in New Hampshire). I will say the grass roots efforts being organized by just everyday folks (self funded), is creating a large group of independent folks, actually taking action. This should have a long term effect. Too much has been ceded to large centralized efforts (democrat Soros funded top down actions) and not enough bottom up grass roots independent efforts (starved for funding and support). The RINOs appears to have the held on to the main republican funding/support efforts, in an attempt to kill off this election reform effort. This is essentially street level, hand to hand, house to house combat by the peasants vs a well oiled, well disciplined, well funded professional army. Essentially, we are back to the 1776 Revolution - trying to take back the country.

One aspect of all of this has been Q - which has been both a positive and a negative. Positive in the sense, that an effort had been formed, but a negative that folks were looking up to having a centralized effort being taken for their benefit. Didn't come and will not come. In some ways - the positive effects of this have been blunted and turned against the people (Jan 6 "insurrection"). However, it did create to a large extent an overall sense across the country a basis of independent action.
