Seems to me he had a shitty lawyer. I'd be pushing a malpractice suite long before going after Hertz. Lawyer: Your honor, I have indisputable proof my client did not commit the crime. However, Hertz is refusing to provide the relevant documentation that can exonerate my client of all charges.
