Those Terms and Conditions can NOT be changed after the fact. If the new definition of "domestic terrorist" means anyone opposing Democrat ideology, it will not only going to piss off a lot of service members, but it will be immediately challenged in court. Breech of contract. The "benefits" referred to are for the main part the Montgomery bill or the old GI bill that are designed to help ex-military to readjust in society by providing educational stipends for employment. Veteran disability is not a benefit, but rather compensation as part of the Terms and Conditions of the contract for enlistment.
