Well said and absolutely correct. The rhetorical question is -- Why are the same Constitutional issues reoccurring in the courts? How clear is the Second Amendment to comprehend? Alright, we have already been dragged through the courts on the -- "If you remove this comma, it could mean this other thing". No, the Court ruled it is as plainly written, an Individual Right. Does any one really question that the Bill of Rights recognizes Individual Rights? Then Why would the 2nd Amendment suddenly go off topic and reference the rights of the government in having a well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state? All of a sudden it's talking about the rights of the government? Government is not an Individual Right, and runs contrary to why the Bill of Rights was created. It is about Individual Rights!
I even suspect, these same evil forces are attempting to rewrite grammar and its punctuation in order to get a Judge to reinterpret the Second Amendment. The 2nd Amendment is the ONLY safeguard that has prevented us from falling into an eternal hell of tyranny. We would be in the one world totalitarian government already if it wasn't for the 2nd Amendment. I'll go as far as to say the entire world hangs from the existence of the Second Amendment. If it falls, the United States will fall, and in turn, every nation in the world will fall.
I'm with you 100% Like I've said most don't know. I don't have much time left and feel bad for my grandkids. As they will never know how it was like when you knew the cop that walked the beet.
