Yes - not sure what the heck is going on. If it's not some "strategy" on their part, we are screwed. Trump's a smart guy, but he doesn't have luxury of researching every little thing - if the people he relies on for info aren't giving him accurate info, he can have the best intentions (which I believe he does) in the world and it won't make a difference.
