I have come to believe we are not of this third dimension. This place kind of runs like a video game, and from time to time we can bend the rules like Neo in the Matrix. I've seen it several times over the years. The Hindus discuss this as a central theme of their society. Yoga - there are thousands of different kinds of Yoga, each of which is a different approach to achieving enlightenment, which is basically a state of becoming free of the bounds of this dimension. Any person can invent their own version, and many have done just that. Through yoga you develop god like powers. Even a little goes a long way. I've seen this with my own eyes.
They interpret Christianity as another form of yoga. While they believe in many gods, and we used to also, we have narrowed that down to just the one. One all powerful creator of the universe. It is a Western theme. A being so powerful we cannot truly comprehend him. A ruler of not just this dimension, but all of them. The Heavens and the Earth. This does not conflict with their philosophy. The main difference between their approach and ours is they believe through devout religious adherence, one can become like Jesus. They have had a few thousand already, where as we have had just the one, plus a few saintly lesser types.
In the East, religion is a science, just as important, if not more so, than physics or chemistry. For example, martial arts is a religious practice, founded in yoga. Combat as a path to enlightenment. Warrior monks. Prayer, in it's essence, is another form of meditation. The path it leads you to is the same. The results obtained are quite similar as well. Your life improves.

We are in a war with an adversary that has been out to destroy us before Adam and Eve. The only way to defeat him is to put your faith in Jesus Christ and pray for his help! Much can be accomplished in pray. A lot of this battle is not in our hands. This Revelation chapter 10 being fulfilled!
We are currently witnessing Revelation 10 verse 9-10 coming to pass and I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey, and I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
I don't know about you but I am sick to my stomach with the corruption of all the world's institutions. We are seeing the 7 Thunders of judgment in this chapter coming to pass. What happens in storms? We have thunder! Which are commands from God ! We are seeing corruption which has been hidden shown. It should make all sick to our stomachs.
When all this is over this will be fulfilled But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. This is the great awakening! This will be a glorious time.

This is the time we as Christians need to let our light shine, this is what will attract non believers back to him. I've been in sales my entire life, would you rather have someone come up and say" I gotta have whatever it is you;re selling" or would you rather have to beat them over the head until they buy?
That being said, what exactly is the final straw you are referring to? Are you speaking in general terms or was their a specific incident?

If I were to tell you who I really am you'd laugh. Put it this way, I did teach in my church at 13-18. The list goes on and on. Place your faith in the Creator. He is back to fix this mess.
