These women prove the Baptist Doctrine is man-made. The Bible teaches the opposite.
Taking the Scripture out of context causes confusion when other Scripture refutes the man-made interpretation.
There is a whole history behind why Paul set up that Church with male leaders. Remember, he stayed in Lydia's house when attending HER Church. It also has to do with a specific situation going on as supported by the Scripture surrounding these passages in Corinthians.
Much to learn about this subject. If you are interested, use the Bible as your guide and the context of who the audience is and what their customs are. This helps to figure out passages that appear to conflict.
Lastly, I think, if you like the man-made Doctrine in your Church's Denomination it's okay, but you should know what is in the Bible regarding the Doctrine you are putting yourself under.

The Bible states clearly that GOD doesn't like it when we judge people as different b/c of their race, etc. The NT emphasizes this by using groups who hated each other in that day as bad examples.
Therefore: This woman was NOT A CHRISTIAN, let alone a "Pastor."
