Your statement certainly can't be disproved by this video but it leaves to many incredulous questions. I mean, why bother at all with filming this if you didn't have a plane handy? Why does it cut off RIGHT at the moment she gets to the point of answering whats at the top? What airport is this? Gotta be another view. It's a puzzler though for sure.
There is a whole team of people whose job is to provide media coverage. They are used to fake shit like this. Even legitimate presidencies have a media team. Trump had a whole team as well. Some things just get recorded as footage to use for various reasons. No camera person will question it too much because even regular recording includes fake footage like this
